Leonardo R.A.X de MenezesLeonardo R.A.X de MenezesLeonardo R.A.X de Menezes was born in Brasilia, Brazil, in 1966. He received his B.S. degree in 1990 and his M.Sc. degree in 1993, both from the University of Brasilia (UnB).
He is the recipient of a scholarship of the Government of Brasil. He worked towards his PhD degree doing research in TLM modelling of general media, with emphasis in frequency-dependent and nonlinear dielectric material. His interests include numerical modelling in electromagnetics, guided-wave structures and antennas.
After receiving his Ph.D. from the University of Victoria in Sept. 1996 he returned to Brazil to accept a position as Assistant Professor at the University of Brasilia.
